RFP Notice: Crescent Road Improvement Project
The City of Twin oaks will receive sealed bids for construction of sidewalk and stormwater improvements. The work will consist of sidewalk tying into an existing sidewalk in Valley Park. A curb and concrete gutter will replace the existing curb on Crescent Ave. The proposed storm sewer system will begin on Crescent Ave and down Crescent Rd. The Scope will also include traffic control. All other incidental items of work will be shown and described in the Project Plans and Specifications.
Plans and specifications may be obtained on and after Tuesday, May 7, 2024 for a Non-Refundable fee on-line at www.drexeltech.com in there Distribution plan room, addition assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com. Information regarding this project can be found in “Public Jobs” link on the website. Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for us in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies; 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214, telephone number is 913-371-4430. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or Cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc. Cost of these plans are not-refundable. Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Twin oaks until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2024 and will thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud.
